1. Nature of $WRTH

$WRTH represents a functional digital tool for protocol utility. It does NOT represent equity, debt, profit interests, or any financial instrument. $WRTH is non-transferable except as explicitly permitted by Weritas.

2. No Investment Expectation

You are acquiring $WRTH SOLELY for consumptive use. You represent and warrant you are NOT acquiring with expectation of profit. $WRTH price may fluctuate but Weritas makes no representations regarding future value.

3. Regulatory Risk & Indemnity

Regulators may classify $WRTH as a security. You assume full regulatory risk and agree to indemnify Weritas Council Ltd. for any regulatory actions or penalties arising from your acquisition.

4. Geographic Restrictions

Users in the US, Canada, and EU may NOT acquire $WRTH unless they are accredited investors and self-certify consumptive use. Use of VPNs to bypass restrictions is strictly prohibited.

5. Service Suspension

If regulators require, Weritas may suspend $WRTH issuance or delist from platforms. No refunds will be provided for $WRTH acquired prior to such regulatory changes.

6. Governing Law

Governed by BVI law. Binding arbitration under ICC Rules, seated in Road Town, BVI.
