Pulse Score™️

Pulse Score™️: FAQ

A dynamic, AI-powered credit reputation metric built for the decentralized web. These answers explain how the score works, who controls it, and how to use it.

What is a Pulse Score™️?

The Pulse Score™️ is a next-generation, AI-driven credit reputation metric. Unlike traditional credit scores that rely on static, centralized bureau data, the Pulse Score™️ uses real-time financial telemetry to provide a dynamic picture of your creditworthiness.

It is delivered as a Verifiable Credential (VC) that you own and control, so you can share it confidently without revealing the underlying financial data.

How is my Pulse Score™️ calculated?

The Weritas AI engine analyzes diverse data points in real time:

  • Banking Telemetry: Income consistency and cash flow patterns.
  • On-Chain Activity: Your history of protocol interactions and governance.
  • Repayment History: Your performance across integrated micro-lending and SME platforms.
  • Alternative Data: Behavioral signals that traditional banks often overlook.
Where is my score stored?

Your Pulse Score™️ is stored in your Decentralized Web Node (DWN), accessible only through your WERI Wallet. Weritas Council Limited does not store your raw financial data on its servers.

You are the sole custodian of your score.

Verified by Web5 Sovereign data custody enforced with decentralized identity.
How do I “Mint” my Pulse Score™️?

Minting turns your financial data into a cryptographically signed credential.

  1. Connect your financial data (via partners like Inverite).
  2. The AI engine calculates your score.
  3. You use $WRTH Protocol Credits to pay the “Digital Gas” fee to anchor the score to your DID.
Does a Pulse Score™️ expire?

Financial health changes over time. Pulse Scores usually have a “Validity Period” (typically 30 to 90 days) so lenders always see an accurate, recent snapshot.

You can refresh the score at any time using a small amount of $WRTH.

Who can see my Pulse Score™️?

Only the people you authorize. Because the score lives in your DWN, it is invisible to the public.

When applying for credit, you grant a “One-Time Read Permission” to the provider. You can revoke that permission instantly from your wallet.

Can a low Pulse Score™️ be improved?

Yes. The score is dynamic—steady cash flow, timely repayments, and active Weritas governance participation all lift the Pulse Score™️.

The “Pulse” reflects your current financial heartbeat, not just past mistakes.

What is the difference between a Pulse Score™️ and a FICO score?
Feature Traditional (FICO/Bureau) Pulse Score™️
Data Ownership Owned by the bureau Owned by you (sovereign)
Update Frequency Monthly/Quarterly Real-time / On-demand
Accessibility Limited in emerging markets Global & borderless
Technology Centralized database Web5 & blockchain
Is my raw banking data shared with the Weritas Council?

No. The Weritas Protocol uses Zero-Knowledge principles. The AI engine evaluates your data to produce a “Score,” but the raw transaction details remain encrypted within your private environment.

The Council only sees the “Verification” that a score was generated, not the private data behind it.

How do I use my Pulse Score™️ to get a loan?

Many institutional partners and DeFi protocols are integrating the Weritas API.

When you apply for a loan on a partner platform, tap “Verify with Weritas,” scan the QR code with your WERI Wallet, approve the data share, and the lender receives your verified score instantly.
